Design Fee ranges from 1,800-2,800 + GST dependent on your requirements, these are listed below: Basic house with 1 to 4 bedrooms, single storey - $1,800 - $2,000 + GST Complex house with 5 or more bedrooms, single storey - $2,000 - $2,400 + GST Basic house with 1 to 4 bedrooms, two storey - $2,000 - $2,400 + GST Complex house with 5 or more bedrooms, two storey - $2,400 - $2,800 + GST Resource Consent Drawings - to be discussed upon completion of concepts. This fixed fee includes the production of external 3D drawings, a site plan, floor plan, elevations and an allowance for 2 revisions for design changes if required. It also includes 3 hours of planning and investigation, which involves a site visit and gathering information relating to your project. The fee also allows for a design brief meeting and a concept presentation meeting. Design changes beyond 2 revisions to the initial concept or complete re-design due to changes to the brief will incur further charges. Further charges will be incurred should any engineering, surveying, or consultants be required for the production of the specified drawings. We will advise you of these costs and seek approval prior to engaging with any consultant. Full payment is required before we can start the concept design drawings.
